HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?We ship from the east coast. Orders made from the east coast will usually ship via FedEx ground and will take 3-6 business days to get delivered, all other orders will take 6-14 business days via FedEx ground, all larger orders will ship freight and can take anywhere from 4-14 days to get delivered, the freight company will call a day before to arrange a delivery date and time.

Our online processing system will generate a FedEx shipping label and tracking number for your order within 24 hours.

Understanding FedEx Tracking Terminology
- “Label created” means that we are still processing your order and making everything ready for FedEx pickup.
At this time, please disregard the expected ship date and delivery date on the FedEx label as those are only an estimate.
- “In transit” means that FedEx picked up your order and it is on its way to the shipping address on record. Delivery date is now accurate. During this time, if you would like to change the delivery date for reason, you can contact FedEx at 1.800.463.3339 and schedule a different delivery date free of charge.
- “Delivered” means that FedEx has delivered your order to the shipping address on record. The label will show the exact date and time your order was delivered.
SMALLER ITEMSSmaller items can be shipped via FedEx or UPS
Packages do not require signature but will be left at the discretion of the carrier
FedEx/UPS typically require 2-5 days after shipment for arrival
If you select White Glove service for small packages, we will arrange for the assembly within 1-4 days of delivery. You will need to make arrangements to move the items inside prior to assembly.
LARGER ITEMSSent via a delivery truck (usually on a pallet) with a contracted carrier
The carrier will call to schedule a drop off time with you
We call this delivery 'Curbside' because you'll need to move the package into your residence yourself.
Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like UPS or FedEx, so you may require the assistance of a friend or family member at delivery
Although your items are delivered curbside, please be sure to inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign accepting the goods.
If you are in an office building or apartment, please consider room of choice or white glove service levels
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?Smaller items such as chairs, accessories, bar stools ship out within 1-5 days if they are in stock.From there, UPS/FedEx typically take 1-5 days to be delivered at your doorstep.
Larger items will typically ship from our warehouses within 1-5 days. After shipping, items will arrive in your local market within 4-6 business days. While in transit, you will receive a call to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
For larger items, it may take up to two weeks from the date of purchase for delivery
Please refer to the product page to identify if a product ships FedEx/UPS or via Freight Carrier on a pallet. If you have specific questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to process your return. We will will refund you the cost of your product minus a restocking fee.

In order to qualify for a return, you must pack the item in the original box we shipped. If you no longer have the original box, you may use an alternate box that is the same size or smaller than the original box we shipped to you. We will not provide boxes in order to facilitate a return. Boxes may be purchased from us for a fee. You must use our free return label provided to you in order to qualify for free return shipping. We will not reimburse you for the cost of return shipping if items are returned with any other shipping service, label, or postage other than what we provided to you. Money Back Guarantee and Free Returns are only valid on items that were received with a manufacturing defect. If you return an item that is in usable condition, or if we attempted to make your item in usable condition, you will not be eligible for Free Return or Money Back Guarantee.
