good stuff at good price.
Ordering experience was great. There was no way to track status, though, and shipment was slower than indicated during ordering. Queries to customer support received stock answers of 'it will ship next week' for several weeks. Chair seems good once it finally arrived, though.
If I ever need another chair, I will go to you folks first.

No issues
Upon receipt of the purchased office chair, I was surprised to find that the chair was not new. The base legs and wheels had demonstrated wear on them and the assembly was a bit more challenging as some parts were already connected. Regardless, the chair is quite nice, I only wish I had ordered the optional headrest to go with it.
Jacob was speedy and helpful answering my questions. Give Jacob a raise at his next performance review!
