I recently purchased a refurbished Humanscale chair with a headrest. Initially, I wasn't aware that it was refurbished, but given the great price, I was fine with it.I was a bit nervous about the shipping process after reading some negative reviews about the company's delivery service. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to update my order just a day after placing it, which was a nice convenience. The chair arrived within a week-faster than I expected.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Good job!

Ordering experience was great. There was no way to track status, though, and shipment was slower than indicated during ordering. Queries to customer support received stock answers of 'it will ship next week' for several weeks. Chair seems good once it finally arrived, though.

The billing portion was confusing- it kept directing me to PayPal. I had to be vey careful to select my choice of payment.

Upon receipt of the purchased office chair, I was surprised to find that the chair was not new. The base legs and wheels had demonstrated wear on them and the assembly was a bit more challenging as some parts were already connected. Regardless, the chair is quite nice, I only wish I had ordered the optional headrest to go with it.
