ordered the chair on Sunday of labor day weekend. received my tracking number on that Tuesday 3rd. it shipped on the 9th, it arrived on the 12th. it was fully assembled except for the headrest witch simply attached with 2 Phillips screws. the chair arrived wrapped in foam sheets in a large double box. with the exception of a bit of dust on the seat it was perfect. looks like new feels like new and smells like new. not a scratch anywhere and the gas shock and all the adjustments work perfect. would buy from again and intend too come march best chair i have sat on in a long time....
